StarBackdrop strives to provide the highest quality products in the photographic industry.

Please read our return policy:

We don't accept any return if our items have not been damaged when you get them. Because of the special nature of background products, we cannot make a second sale. Every order is unique. Thanks for your understanding.

If we send the wrong backdrop to you due to our mistake, please contact us. (Our staff will ask for your backgrounds photo to check for damage or an error from us, please cooperate with us, thank you!)

If your item arrives with production defects or flaws, there is no need to return it. We can arrange a replacement (a new one of the same style).

We can not return or replace your orders in case you ordered the wrong backdrop(wrong size, wrong picture, or anything not our mistake) by yourself.

We can not cancel your order once the printing starts or your order has been shipped just because you don't want it suddenly or for other reasons. We explain the production time and shipping time clearly on our site. Please read it before placing an order, thanks.

If you need to cancel the order, we will deduct 20%-40% of your order value as a processing fee.

All returns must be made within 20 days of receiving your merchandise.
All backdrop, photo props, and studio equipment returns must be approved by Starbackdrop.

Please Note:

1. Due to folding transport, it is normal to have slight fold marks. Please try ironing and cleaning to remove. Due to the material, the fluff will have small scratches, which is normal, you only need to clean or iron it. If you can't solve it, please contact us.
2. Our material is microfiber which has been recognized by many photographers around the world. Please read our material description carefully before placing orders. We do not support refunds if you do not like the material.
3. Once shipped, all orders' shipping costs cannot be refunded.
4. We do not guarantee the color is 100% as what you see through your display screen due to monitor differences. But please do not worry, our computer print backdrops are of high quality.
5. If you need to return your order, you need to bear the return shipping fee. 
6. All custom backdrops can not be returned. The clarity of your custom backdrop depends on the image you uploaded. Please upload a better image. If there is a problem with your custom backdrop order, please contact us. We will send you a new one or give you a refund.
7. Our delivery time is estimated arrival time which is affected by several factors, so we can not guarantee. There will be a 1-3 days difference of arrival time when shipping to the same country but different address. If you don't receive your package for a long time, please contact us, we will help you to solve the problem. 


If our backdrops have any problem, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your order. Because of the special nature of our products, we can not accept the return if there is no quality problem.
